Hello Alfa Goat Fam,

We hate to be that brand — but it’s time for a quick reality check (with a smile, of course).

We’ve been blown away by the love and support we’ve received from customers all over the country — from people who genuinely appreciate what we do, give honest feedback, and rock their Alfa Goat gear like legends. You’re the reason we do what we do.

But — and there’s always a “but,” right? — a few folks have been playing hide and seek with our delivery partners. They place COD orders, then vanish when it’s time to receive them. Some even claim, “I never ordered this,” while our courier stands there more confused than a goat in a traffic jam.

While this may seem like a small hiccup, repeated doorstep cancellations cost us time, energy, and make it harder to serve our real customers — that’s you, the ones who genuinely care.

So, here’s what we’re changing (no drama, just structure):


New COD Order Process:

For early COD order execution do contact us on info@alfagoat.com. For normal COD on our portal, the below process will be executed for order dispatch.

  • Within 3 days of placing a COD order, you’ll receive a Call, WhatsApp message, SMS, or email asking for a quick confirmation.
  • No confirmation = no dispatch. We’ll consider it cancelled and notify you accordingly.
  • Even after confirming, if the address is incomplete or confusing (like “just near the tea stall, bhaiya will know”), we may have to hold the order.

We get it — life’s busy, and sometimes you miss a message. No stress. If your order was cancelled by mistake, just drop us a message at info@alfagoat.com — and we’ll make things right, no goat-keeping involved.
